Why Taste of Belgium?
In 2007, our founder, Jean-François Flechet, brought an authentic cast-iron waffle maker from Belgium to Cincinnati, determined to recreate the waffles of his childhood. What started at Findlay Market quickly grew into a full bistro, serving Belgian-inspired dishes with bold flavors and quality ingredients.
